History!

The inhabitants of Isle of Lyre all moved in from Legacyville. Or, more truthfully, Legacyland miraculously turned into Isle of Lyre one day! I had played in Maxis' Pleasantview (without any Maxis simmies of course) for a while, but was really not happy with the hood layout. I didn't want to start fresh in a new hood, since I had put in a lot of work changing ugly townies and NPCs. (Since then I have bought both OFB and BV so now I am stuck with ugly simmies again *sigh*). Anyway, instead of moving the families, I went looking for the perfect terrain to use.

I immediately fell in love with Loverat's Incy Isle and the switch of terrains worked fine.




It has taken some time to finally get the houses placed the way I want them. I have no idea how many times I have moved the houses around 'til I finally was satisfied. Unfortunately I can not decorate the hood as much as I would like bacuse my computer is getting old and tired. But, I am still quite happy with the way Isle of Lyre turned out, so far.
