Lavendar Fields is the oldest, most genuine part of Isle of Lyre. The houses are built in Tudor or Victorian styles. The inhabitants try to keep everthing as authentic as possible, and they take good care of buildings and gardens. There are rules regarding renovations, you are not allowed to modernize extensively since these houses are cultural treasures.
There are a few available lots in Lavendar Fields. We can receive a few newcombers in small Tudor houses on Orchard Road, a beautiful Victorian villa is for sale on Lavendar Drive and the two larger country estates can be purchased at reasonable prices. In Lavendar Fields you'll also find an up-scale restaurant/bar, The Tudor Terrace. |
